Maria de Fátima Barbosa Campos Ferreira, born in Lisbon and raised in Valença do Minho, graduated in History from the Faculty of Letters of Porto, complementing her studies with subjects in Art History. After teaching at the Instituto de Preparação para a Universidade, she joined the Escola Superior de Jornalismo do Porto, becoming a journalist at RTP in 1986. During her career, she presented news programs, interviews and the Prós&Contras program for 18 years, becoming an important figure in Portuguese society.
