1. AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay for your orders through Credit Card, ATM Reference AND MBWay.
Credit Card Payment: Visa and MasterCard.
Payment by ATM: Payment must be made from a bank in Portugal or through Netbanking, the total amount must be equal to the order value. Any costs inherent to making the payment will be borne by the buyer - payment by reference in ATM or netbanking is usually free. Payment must be received by Loja de Serralves within a maximum period of 3 calendar days, counting from the date of acceptance of the order in order to try to ensure with greater reliability the existence of stock of the item (s) ordered (s). The order will be considered valid after confirmation of payment.

3. CALCULATION OF DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs are applied to each order.
The cost of each delivery depends on the total weight of the order and the country of delivery. The amounts will be calculated in the shopping cart, prior to completing your order.
4. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY SERVICE
The delivery services are operated by DHL Expresso and CTT.
The estimated delivery times are Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm.
To receive the order, it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the destination address.
The order will be delivered within the indicated time period, without any prior contact from the delivery service.
To schedule or reschedule a delivery, the customer must directly contact the delivery service, using the tracking number provided via email.
During transit, the delivery service is responsible for the order.
During the Christmas season, periods with special offers or other periods with higher volume of orders, we do not guarantee these delivery times. Further information will be made available, whenever appropriate.
5. DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Delivery costs to non-EU countries will vary, in function of the destination. The amounts will be calculated in the shopping cart, prior to completing your order. Due to the oscillation in shipping costs the amounts may change between the time of purchase and shipment. Serralves Online Store reserves the right to request additional payment according with the carrier's rates prior to shipping.
When the order reaches the destination country, it may be subject to customs procedures.
The Serralves Foundation is responsible for paying any customs duties and costs, export duties and sales taxes in the country of origin.
The customer is responsible for payment of any customs duties and costs, import duties and sales taxes when the order reaches the destination country.
