Freed from its traditional documentary role, the medium has become a space to explore the shared roots of image and imagination, venturing into the realms of Surrealism and Pop.
Visual artist and curator Maurizio Cattelan, together with curator Sam Stourdzé, reinterprets the history of color photography from the 20th century to the present day, through the work of over 20 artists who guide us into vivid, vibrant, and playful worlds.
