This publication accompanied the first major exhibition on the enormous influence of Raymond Roussel (1877*1933) not only in literature but also in the field of visual arts, avant-garde movements as in the individual work of many artists, from the twentieth century to our day.
The catalog profusely illustrated with paintings, photographs, sculptures, ready, installations and videos - authored by artists such as Salvador Dalí, Marcel Duchamp, Max Ernst, Rodney Graham, Cristina Iglesias, Francisco Tropa, among many others - in addition to books of books, photographs, exsencies of documents, magazines and original manuscripts reconstitute the prodigy of the author of Impressions of Afrique [Impressions of Africa] (1910) and Locusu Solus (1914), one of the least known and most mysterious writers of the twentieth century.
