Robert Morris (Kansas City, USA, 1931) has been, since the 1960s and 70s, one of the great protagonists of the paradigm shift in contemporary artistic languages, promoting improvisation and collaboration between visual arts and dance, crossing language minimalist with process art in works that find their moments of presentation outside the spaces of the gallery or museum, creating artistic projects of great dimensions in the landscape (earthworks).
His films and videos take the form of some of the most innovative experiments on the relationship between cinema and the visual and performing arts in the second half of the 20th century. This book documents her entire filmography and includes unpublished essays by David Duncan (artist and curator) and Chrissie Iles (curator at the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York) and comments on the works of Cara Manes (assistant curator at the Museum of Modern Art in New York). New York).
