The Aniki Bobó Teapot is the fourth piece in the 1+1=1 collection that adopts the homonymous title from the first film by Manoel de Oliveira – Aniki Bóbó.

The designer Manuel Casimiro was chosen by the filmmaker to graphically reinterpret the selected work in a piece from the Vista Alegre collection, chosen by the two authors.

The ideal piece for fans of the filmmaker, and perfect for serving your tea.

In 2019, the Serralves Foundation inaugurates the Casa do Cinema Manoel de Oliveira, as a new center of reference in the field of cinema and moving images, bringing together the filmmaker's extraordinary documentary nuclei.

The Manoel de Oliveira collection is a line of accessories that promote the cinematographic universe of the Portuguese director. Each of the pieces is inspired by the artist's iconic films.

Manoel Cândido Pinto de Oliveira, born in Porto, was the director with the longest career in the history of cinema.

With a filmography that includes more than fifty titles, he was the only filmmaker to move from silent cinema to sound cinema, from black and white to color and from nitrate film to digital support.

Known as "the Mestre", Manoel de Oliveira was internationally recognized by the most important film festivals in the world as an exponent of cinematographic art and also for his longevity, receiving the title of "oldest active director", as he continued to film up to 106 years.
