Joan Miró Mask
Serralves Foundation has launched an edition of reusable protective masks, inspired by the works of artists in the Serralves collection and currently in exhibition at the the Museum.
Joan Miró's mask results from the collaboration with Sucession Miró.
Throughout a career that lasted more than six decades of creative activity Joan Miró developed a formal language that transformed the art of the twentieth century. Conceiving his work as peinture-poésie (painting-poetry), the Catalan artist forged a language-based aesthetic whose legacy influenced a whole generation of post-war artists in Europe and America
The mask is reusable, certified by Citeve, with antimicrobial, antifungal and antibacterial finish.
Model with two tweezers and fit to the nose.
The masks are produced locally by Tetribérica, Sustainable Fashion.
