Pedro Mesquita is a photographer and, for 30 years, a reporter for Radio (Rádio Renascença). His attraction to photography was born from life stories, with his lens he seeks, above all, for details and “listening to people”.

Pedro is the author of the photography book “Só à Primeira Vista o Deserto” and, among his photographic exhibitions, “O Porto à Janela” and “O Tesouro da Abissínia” (with texts by Paula Mourão Gonçalves) stand out. He also participated in the Addis Ababa Photography Biennial, in Ethiopia, in 2014.
