Clip Holder Chicago, Vista Alegre
The Chicago clip holder is a luxurious office piece that pays homage to the style of architecture and urbanism that thrived in the city of Chicago, and which was the basis for the construction of skyscrapers.
The economy of decorative elements, the contemporary style and the preponderance of dynamic geometric lines are characteristics present in this piece.
The office suite included in this Vista Alegre collection was nominated for the 2019 German Design Awards, one of the most recognized award ceremonies internationally.
Founded in 1824, Fábrica de Porcelana da Vista Alegre was the first industrial unit dedicated to the production of porcelain in Portugal. For the success of this industrial enterprise, the spirit and persistence of the founder José Ferreira Pinto Basto, a prominent figure in Portuguese society in the 19th century, an audacious commercial agricultural owner, was important.
More than a factory space, Vista Alegre is today an architectural complex of undeniable interest, a repository of social and artistic memories fundamental to the construction of a national identity.
