Econjurações brings together a significant number of works by José de Guimarães belonging to the Millennium BCP collection, made on very different supports, in particular a rare and surprising set of large-scale tapestries from Portalegre that, for the first time, can be seen by the general public. . Light works, with neon and LED, from various periods of the author's career are also shown; reliquary boxes that dialogue with pieces from the African art collection that he has been gathering for decades, and also large-scale sculptures that embody the disturbing syncretism pursued, since the 1960s, by José de Guimarães.
