The Mancha Museu small box is a versatile accessory that can be used in any space in the house, as a decorative element, jewelry box, candle holder or even to store your favorite sweets, the possibilities are varied.
The ceramist Anna Westerlund was inspired by the lines and physiognomy of the Serralves Museum of Contemporary Art building, to create a line composed of a vase and a trio of boxes with geometric details and contrasting lines and stains, soaked in the colors that evoke the Museum's contemporary architectural style.
The Anna Westerlund X Serralves collection focuses on slow design, handmade pieces that can live alone or together, and that you can collect!
Numbered edition limited to 20 copies.
Founded in Lisbon, Anna Westerlund is a studio that combines and embraces reality and fantasy, designing and painting the interface so that there are no identical pieces.
Anna Westerlund embraces imperfection and captures the uniqueness of each moment to create ceramic pieces that are meant to be appreciated, shared and cherished.
The improvised strokes of color and the ingenuity of the drawing lines are details similar to fingerprints that imbue each object the author creates with humanity and uniqueness.
The insignia promotes the production of quality on a small scale, supported by an ecological design, aware of the authentic and lasting beauty of each object produced.
